Important Information for Families

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening for everyone, please review the following information before registering for URS Monday Night Bowling.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-Off Location: 2410 Dunwin Drive, Unit 3

Participants must be dropped off before 5:00 PM so our team can prepare for the evening activity.

Pick-Up Time: 8:00 PM

Families are responsible for picking up participants promptly at 8:00 PM at the designated location.

Program Cost

$101.70 per participant

3-hour evening program | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The program includes the structured evening respite experience, bowling and recreational activities, social opportunities, and URS staff support.

Payment & Registration

To secure your participant's spot, payment of $101.70 must be received within 5 days of submitting your registration.

If payment is not received within the 5-day period, the registration will be cancelled and the spot may be offered to another participant.

Limited Spaces Available

Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot until payment has been received and your registration has been confirmed by URS.
